About Orlando Tap Works
Orlando Tap Works is a reading list for metro Orlando beer. We collect the breweries, the neighborhoods they’re in, and the styles each one names on its own website — with the date we checked, so you know how stale it might be.
What we don’t do is guess at tonight’s board. Taproom lists change daily and nobody can keep a directory current on that. Hours, guest taps, and tasting notes stay where they belong: the brewery’s own page.
The guides handle the vocabulary. What separates a lager from an ale, what IBU on a chalkboard actually tells you, the difference between a hazy and a West Coast IPA, and how to brew a first batch at home. Style definitions come from the BJCP guidelines and the American Homebrewers Association, both cited on the page.
